Many
TFT displays use the conventional TN technology. Even with
the use of wide view films these displays will experience
colour shift in the 6H and 12H orientation.
TN MODE - COLOUR SHIFT EXPERIENCED
However, Seiko FFS technology offers 80 degree viewing in
3H, 6H, 9H and 12H orientation. Despite the wide viewing cone
transmittance remains high so all displays feature high brightness
with at least 300cd/m²
