Sunlight
Readable TFT's with no extra power
When
a standard window or touchscreen is applied to a TFT, an airgap is
created between the two mediums, resulting in refraction of light.
This leads to internal reflections and display (contrast) washout.
The
innovative VIA-bond process fills the gap with specially formulated
material with cross-polymer capability. This creates an optically
matched solution maximising display readability in all light levels.
In addition
the chemical bond increases the mechanical integrity of the display
assembly.

the harshest environments. The use of improved cell technology means

"VIA bond lamination process"
When a standard window or touchscreen is applied to a TFT, an airgap
is created between the two mediums, resulting in refraction of light.
This leads to internal reflections and display (contrast) washout.
The innovative VIA-bond process fills the gap with specially formulated
material with cross-polymer capability. This creates an optically
matched solution maximising display viewability in a all light levels.
In addition the chemical bond increases the mechanical integrity of
the display.
